I was born in Iowa City, Iowa and grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. While attending Paint Branch high school, I played fullback on the state championship football team, was elected student council president, and graduated as valedictorian. I attended Princeton University, played football and rugby, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
I was a product design engineer at P&G and retired after 27 years. Since retiring, I worked as a teacher, tax advisor and executive director of a nonprofit. I served as a volunteer president for four nonprofits. I was a candidate for Cincinnati City Council and U.S. Senate (OH) as an Independent.
Why am I running for President?
I believe the Federal government serves all Americans and should work first on the critical tough issues that affect everyone. I expect the Federal government to treat all Americans with respect, civility, honesty and integrity. I want Americans to trust our government again.
